If charging the local surf break is your thing, then the Methane is the stand up paddle for you. Inspired by surboard shaper Blane "Methane" Chambers, the 8" wide blade is perfect for quick starts and turns associated with maneuvering an SUP board in the surf.
The smaller blade is also great in any conditions for women. The Methane features our super strong, carbon fiber, oval and tapered shaft, 10 degree angle at the blade and is topped with our unidirectional Ergo-T.

How to SIZE YOUR SURF Paddle
Paddle shafts are designed to be custom-cut for an exact fit. As a general guide, add 8 inches to surfer's height to determine paddle length. Some surfers prefer to use a paddle that is 1-2 inches shorter in the surf versus flat water.
