The MACH III was designed for lakes and sheltered water ways. A flatter
bottom, low rocker & narrow width at center & nose allows for
ease of glide and speed in calm water. Features a triple glassed epoxy
deck, double glassed epoxy bottom & removable three fin
configuration.

Boards are CNC shaped from 2lb EPS foam with a ΒΌβ wood stringer down the center for added strength. Decks are triple glassed in 6 oz fiberglass with epoxy and bottoms are glassed with two 6 oz. layers.
This combines for 5 layers on the rails for a tough rail to help the boards survive repeated paddle impacts (unlike soft fiberglass shell/polyester core boards such as SUP ATX). Each board comes with a removable three fin configuration.

PBD Review:
The Mach II works well in very flat water and is a good value with leash and board bag included. Compared to the Cruiser Classic 11', 11'6" or 12', the Mach III is not as stable, nor does it track or glide nearly as well as the Cruiser.
The Mach III is much less versatile than the Cruiser Classic, since it does not handle rough water very well and does not have the surf capability of the Cruiser. Finally, we find the Mach II graphics distracting and deck pad much less comfortable than the superb Cruiser Classic deck pad.

Born from the minds our creative team of knowledgeable board designers and engineers at our design office in Huntington Beach (aka Surf City, USA). We select only the highest quality EPS and PU blanks from Australia for use in our product. Our digital board templates and materials are sent to one of the largest board manufacturers in China for production. Using our digital templates, CNC machining equipment precision cuts our blanks to spec resulting in a exact replica of our design. The formed blank is then hand sanded to perfection. Once the detailing of the core is completed, the board is then glassed (epoxy for EPS, polyester for PU). Our SUP's use a 3/2 6oz combination (triple 6oz deck/double 6oz bottom) epoxy over an EPS core, the perfect balance of strength and lightness. After a final sanding, a gloss coat and polished protective skin are applied for lasting luster. The final product is the shipped back to our headquarters in Huntington Beach, CA where they are inspected for quality and distributed to water enthusiasts around the world.
Custom Dihedral paddle
We have designed and produced our NEW PA66 paddle. Our custom designed paddle blade is molded from a 30% glass filled nylon, the same durable material used by gun manufacturers for light weight and extremely durable military grade equipment. This innovative blade design has a dihedral face that blends to a flat tip for clean entry.
The Blade is bonded into our custom designed aluminum shaft. This 6061-t6 aluminum shaft carries the water splitting dihedral face of the paddle up the full length of the shaft. The innovative shaft profile produces a lighter weight per foot compared to other aluminum shafts and also eliminates the possibility equipment failures due to blade rotation inside a round shaft.
The ergonomics of a paddle grip seem to be a source for great debate in the world of paddling. Since we couldn't solve the problem of making one shape to make everyone happy, we decided to give three different handles with each paddle purchase so you can pick your favorite. We include a molded palm grip, T β handle, and ball grip with each paddle. The total weight for the paddle comes in at 29 oz. (80β length), and all that for a very reasonable price.
