The Starboard Stand Up 11'2'' x 30" The Ultimate Blend stand up paddle and windsurf board is super responsive. We have used the Blend extensively in Barbados this winter. We were blown away with its ease of use, performance and fun in flat water to over head high waves!

 
As with all the Starboard stand up boards in this range, the nose concave of the 11'2" provides lift which aides in catching waves, and makes it easier for you to move up front and get your toes on the nose. This shape delivers the ultimate combination of lift, drive and release, tailored to suit the various positions of your feet on the board.

Summary: Rated highly in all categories by all sizes and skill levels. All the women loved it. Good looking, light board that spans the intermediate and beginner range for all weights up to 270 lbs.

The single concave feeds into a double concave through the middle, and then moves into a vee through the tail. Oriented towards a classic longboarding style, the 11'2" is designed with agility in mind.

 

The wide nose and 30" width of the Starboard 11'2" provides great stability, yet the narrow, thin tail keeps it loose, especially in the thruster setup. The thruster fins also help increase directional stability while paddling.

The Starboard world team traveled between the Maldives, Australia and Hawaii to develop and test their new progressive SUP range. The five very best shapes were selected and made available in two technologies, the great looking wood Sport Tech version and the extra durable Tufskin models.
