All returns of new and unused products in original packing material, must be made within 15 days of receipt. Returns must be accompanied by our return authorization number (on box and enclosed copy of invoice).

Paddleboard Direct is not responsible for proper fit of boardbags or apparel items.

We guarantee the  price of your purchase for 15 days from date of order. In the event our web-price has been reduced during that period, upon request, as a goodwill gesture we will issue an eGift Card in-store credit

Note that deliveries are Monday to Friday between 9am to 5pm (residential deliveries are by appointment with transport company)
Pickup at YRC Freight local terminal may be available outside 9am to 5pm delivery hours.

Where *Free Shipping  is indicated on Paddleboards, we offer free shipping to most zip/postal codes (subject to freight quote). A small charge may apply when the freight carrier shipping quote exceeds $99.  If there is any additional shipping charge, we request your authorization by e-mail, prior to charging your credit card.

Time Critical, Exact Express & Guaranteed Day Delivery (to commercial address or freight terminal) and remote destinations (not serviced as direct point by YRC) are at customer option and will require freight quote with additional charge. Guaranteed Day not available for residential deliveries.

Your credit card is Pre-Authorized for the amount of the order you submit on-line. We do not validate the Pre-Authorization until you approve your final invoice and shipping terms (sent seperately by our Sales and cusomter service manager). Prior to charging your credit card for any amounts additional to the on-line order total, you will receive an invoice (as opposed to order confirmation) requesting approval of any additional shipping charges. Please contact us before ordering if you require clarification on the free shipping offer.
 

Accessories (Paddles, Board accessories, apparel) by FedEx ground courier in U.S. mainland. We do not ship to Hawaii.

Due to the size and dimensional weight of board bags relative to their value, shipping restrictions, we only offer Free shipping of boardbag when shipped with board or complete package. Free shipping on orders with boardbag over $699 does not apply. $35 min shipping on boardbag orders unless shipped with board.

Board Warranty Overview

Paddleboard Direct warranty against manufacturer defects varies by manufacturer. Cruiser SUP, Oxbow, Bic SUP and Tabou SUP warranty their products to be free of defects in either materials or workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. (3 Year warranty on Cruiser Dura-Lite 10'6 and 11'6" boards and 2 year warranty on Dura-Max boards purchased prior to Jan. 31, 2013) .

Surftech and NSP boards subject to 90 day manufacturers warranty.

This warranty covers only the original retail customer when the product is purchased from Paddleboard Direct, and may not be transferred. This warranty does not cover any damage that may be a result of misuse of the product, abuse, unauthorized modification or repairs, accidents,, improper handling, storage, maintenance or care, or any other irresponsible use. International orders (orders from outside the mainland U.S. or Canada, orders shipped to international freight forwarder or outside U.S. mainland (ie Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico) and domestic shipments to receving agents or interline points)
We accept these orders under the following conditions:
1) Payment of funds by wire.
2) Customer arranges shipping from a U.S. mainland address. Our shipping terms to US addresses apply.
3) At our discretion, we may request payment by wire transfer for shipments to receiving agents (ie UPS store) and/or interline points (shipments not delivered by our primary carrier)

We will send you a personal e-mail to confirm stock availability if we are out of stock, delayed or recommend a substitution. Your approval of any additional shipping charges as outlined above are required before we finalize your order. We will e-mail a final total for your approval prior to processing your order and charging your credit card.

EXCESSIVE HEAT WARNING :
Do not expose your SUP board to excessive heat or sunlight when not in use. Whenever you are not using your SUP board (either during storage or transport to/from the beach) particular care and attention should be made to protect the board from the sun and heat. Excessive exposure to the sun and/or heat can result in the following unavoidable and undesirable consequences to particularly the deck pad which can become :
- Distorted in size and/or quality.
- Unstuck from the board.
- Significant fading of colour.
These undesirable consequences are not covered under Warranty as they are due to a user or storage problem, and not related to the manufacturing or material quality of your product.

Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit card charges will be in U.S. dollars through our bank in Florida.

Canadian customers:
We have temporarily suspended sales within Canada.  Business as usual for orders and shipments within the US. We do not ship from the US to Canada
