In the event you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase for in-store credit or exchange. (customer responsible for any shipping costs we incur).You may also you may return your purchase for complete refund (LESS OUR COST OF SHIPPING). If you cancel your order after we ship to you or you refuse (all or a portion of the shipment), you are responsible for any shipping costs we incur related to the shipment. There may be a restocking charge (at our discretion). This policy applies to refusal to accept replacement of shipping damage products (ie replacment board). All returns of new and unused products in original packing material, must be made within 30 days of receipt. Returns must be accompanied by our return authorization number (on box and enclosed copy of invoice). Products returned to us without Return Authorization number will be refused and returned to customer. The only used products accepted for return (with RA number), are those deemed warranty within warranty period.We do not accept Freight Collect Shipments. Customer is responsible for shipping cost of products deemed under warranty.
Secondary product discounts do not apply if a portion of the order cancelled (ie Paddle discount associated with board purchase).
We guarantee the price of your purchase for 15 days from date of purchase. In the event that our web-price has been reduced during that period, upon request we will issue an in-store credit of additional eGift Card Bonus Bucks to make up the difference in price in eGift Card Bonus Bucks.
Currency, taxes and method of payment U.S. Customers All prices based in U.S. dollars. Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit card charges will be in U.S. dollars through our bank in Florida. Billing is from Liverpool, NY, 13088.

For example, this represents free shipping on Oxbow Paddleboard Packages to most zips in California, Florida, Washington, New England, Mid West and Texas.
For board/complete package shipments to FL Keys,barrier islands, Bellingham, Wa. or other states that are across the country from our distributors warehouse, additional shipping of $10-$39 may apply (to commercial address). Exact Express Guaranteed Definite Delivery, remote destinations and residential deliveries are at customer option and will require freight quote with additional charge.

For board shipments to TX, CA, OR, WA, FL Keys, or other states that are across the country from our NY warehouse (or distributors warehouse for drop shipments), addition shipping of $10-$69 may apply (to commercial address). Exact Express Guaranteed Definite Delivery, remote destinations and residential deliveries are at customer option and will require freight quote with additional charge.

Residential Delivery of Stand Up Paddle Board delivered by transport truck in US Yellow Freight transport deliveries of complete board with Rig packages to residential deliveries are an additional $20 (YRC Direct point) or $69 (YRC Interline carrier). Customer makes appointment with local Yellow Freight terminal for delivery during regular business hours when Yellow Freight are in area.
Prior to charging your credit card for any amounts additional to the on-line order total, you will receive an invoice (as opposed to order confirmation) requesting approval of any additional shipping charges. Please contact us before ordering if you require clarification on the free shipping offer.
Accessories (Paddles, Board accessories, video) by FedEx ground courier in U.S. (Canadian customers please call us for shipping rate from Kingston, Ontario)
• Free shipping on purchases over $199 that ship complete from our warehouse unless otherwise noted (ie boardbags excluded) • Due to the size and dimensional weight of board bags relative to their value, shipping restrictions, we only offer Free shipping of boardbag when shipped with board or complete package. Free shipping on orders with boardbag over $199 does not apply. $25 min shipping on boardbag orders unless shipped with board. • Minimum $10 shipping charge for accessories or paddles drop shipped from distributor regardless of value. * For drop ship boards, shipping charge applies for paddle shipped separately. • Minimum $10 shipping for any shipment valued under $199. Shipping may be more than $10 depending on the number of items, size of box (ie boardbags) and destination address.
