Customer makes appointment with local Yellow Freight terminal for delivery during regular business hours when Yellow Freight are in area.

Accessories (Paddles, Board accessories, apparel) by FedEx ground courier in U.S. mainland. We do not ship to Hawaii.

Due to the size and dimensional weight of board bags relative to their value, shipping restrictions, we only offer Free shipping of boardbag when shipped with board or complete package. Free shipping on orders with boardbag over $199 does not apply. $25 min shipping on boardbag orders unless shipped with board.
Minimum $10 shipping charge for accessories or paddles drop shipped from distributor regardless of value.

Board Warranty Overview
Paddleboard Direct warranty against manufacturer defects varies by manufacturer. Cruiser SUP, Oxbow, Bic SUP and Tabou SUP warranty their products to be free of defects in either materials or workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. (5 Year warranty on Cruiser ECO COMP 10'6 and 11'6" boards purchased prior to Dec. 31, 2011) .
Jimmy Styks and NSP boards have 90 day warranty.
Surftech boards subject to manufacturers warranty.
This warranty covers only the original retail customer when the product is purchased fromPaddleboard Direct, and may not be transferred. This warranty does not cover any damage that may be a result of misuse of the product, abuse, unauthorised modification or repairs, accidents,, improper handling, storage, maintenance or care, or any other irresponsible use. International orders (orders from outside the mainland U.S. or Canada or shipped to international freight forwarder)

1) Payment of funds by wire.
2) Customer arranges shipping from a U.S. mainland address. Our shipping terms to US addresses apply.
