The only used products accepted for return (with RA number), are those deemed warranty within warranty period.We do not accept Freight Collect Shipments. Customer is responsible for shipping cost of products deemed under warranty.
Secondary product discounts do not apply if a portion of the order cancelled (ie Paddle discount associated with board purchase).

Paddleboard Direct warranty against manufacturer defects widely vary by manufacturer. Cruiser SUP and Bic SUP warranty their board and paddle products to be free of defects in either materials or workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. (Optional 3 Year warranty available at extra charge for Cruiser ECO DuraLite 10'6 and 11'6" boards)
This warranty covers only the original retail customer when the product is purchased from Paddleboard Direct, and may not be transferred. This warranty does not cover any damage that may be a result of normal wear and tear, misuse of the product, abuse, unauthorized modification or repairs, accidents, impact damage, excessive heat or exposure to prolonged sunlight, improper handling, storage, maintenance or care, incorrect set-up, use in commercial, rental or teaching environments, or any other irresponsible use.
THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF AND EXCLUDES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OF QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE, WHETHER WRITTEN, ORAL, OR IMPLIED. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED. IN NO EVENT SHALL PADDLEBOARD DIRECT BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, STATUTORY OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE including, without limitation, loss to property other than this product, loss of use of said product, or other property or economic losses. Paddleboard Direct shall not be liable for contribution or indemnification, whatever the cause.
SURFTECH WARRANTY POLICY
Warranty for all
accessories sold in North America is 60 days.
At Surftech, we stand by the products we make. You Surftech board should arrive in
perfect condition and ready for use. We go to great lengths to design and build a high
quality product and we make every effort to ensure they get to you in the best shape
possible:we realize that your board is an essential part of your lifestyle. As such, we offer
the following limited warranty against any defect in workmanship or materials. If you
arent sure whether or not your item is covered by our warranty, please contact our
customer service team.
EXCLUDED FROM COVERAGE
This limited warranty excludes the following:
Boards that show impact or abuse, damage due to heat exposure including but not
limited to direct sun exposure, extended amount of time in a car, board bag, etc.
Boards with signs of improper care or handling
All Surftech surfboards and SUP boards are covered under a limited 90-day warranty. In
the case that a warranty is needed for any Surftech product, it will be executed through
your official Surftech dealer where original purchase was made. If product is considered
under warranty, Surftech will cover the shipping costs associated with the replacement.
This policy covers manufacturers defects ONLY.
You must have valid proof of purchase from an authorized Surftech dealer.
You must have a valid and visible serial number.
If Surftech product is damaged in transit, please refer to the document entitled Surftech
Shop Receiving Policy.
ALL WARRANTY RETURNS MUST BE APPROVED BY THE SURFTECH
WARRANTY DEPARTMENT BEFORE ANY REPLACEMENTS ARE ISSUED.
EXCESSIVE HEAT and SUNLIGHT WARNING :
Do not expose your SUP board to excessive heat or sunlight when
not in use. Whenever you are not using your SUP board (either during
storage or transport to/from the beach) particular care and attention
should be made to protect the board from the sun and heat. Excessive
exposure to the sun and/or heat can result in the following unavoidable
and undesirable consequences to particularly the deck pad which can
- Distorted in size and/or quality.
- Unstuck from the board.
- Significant fading of colour.
These undesirable consequences are not covered under Warranty as
they are due to a user or storage problem, and not related to the
manufacturing or material quality of your product.
PADDLEBOARD DIRECT WARRANTY PROCEDURE
All warranty claims should be referred to Paddleboard Direct by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org, and include a description of the problem, photos, serial number (where applicable), and proof of purchase including the date. Paddleboard Direct suppliers will at their sole discretion decide whether the claim is acceptable and if accepted, whether the product will be repaired or replaced.
